Our studio is by appointment only. We do not accept walk in appointments. Consultations and services can be booked online here, by email, or by calling or texting our studio at 604.924.6001 A credit card or a gift card is required to reserve all appointments. We do not have a receptionist on site therefore, our front door is locked while treatments are in session. We recommend arriving no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your therapist will greet you at that time. Please ensure that all the appropriate intake forms are completed prior to your first session.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates a gap in our schedule that could have been offered to another client on our waitlist. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 48-Hour Notice Requirement: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes, regardless of the reason. This allows us sufficient time to contact clients on our waitlist and fill the open spot. How to Cancel or Reschedule: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please CALL or TEXT us directly at 604.924.6001 as soon as possible. Cancellation Fees: Clients who provide less than 48 hours' notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee will be applied to the credit card on file, a gift card, or the balance on the account. Cancellations with less than 48 to 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Prepaid Services: If you cancel a prepaid service, the amount of the prepaid service will be credited to your account for use toward future appointments. Important Considerations: Frequent cancellations can impact the consistency of your treatments and disrupt your therapist's schedule. To ensure smooth scheduling and continued care: Repeated cancellations may result in limitations on the number of appointments that can be scheduled concurrently. Prepayment may be required for future bookings if cancellations become frequent. Guests must be 18 years or older to receive services at our studio, some exceptions apply please call or text our studio at 604.924.6001 for more information. Guests must be able to give consent to the service they are receiving. Children are not allowed into treatment rooms while a parent receives a service. Treatment rooms only accomodate the service provider and one guest, multiple guests cannot be accomodated in our treatment rooms. We do not offer child minding services and therefore children are not allowed to be left in the wait area unattended while their parent receives a service.
